Website terms

Using ToolClue.

The public directory is a research resource. These terms explain its scope and your use of the site.

The service we provide

ToolClue publishes tool profiles, comparisons and practical buying guides. You may use these resources to research products and build a shortlist. The site does not sell the listed software, act as the vendor’s support team or make a purchase on your behalf.

A research label and editorial recommendation describe the evidence and reasoning available at the stated check date. They do not guarantee a tool’s accuracy, suitability, availability, security, profitability or compatibility with your particular store.

Check the purchase details with the vendor

Prices, plan limits, currencies, taxes, renewal terms and integrations can change. Confirm the current offer with the vendor, including any required subscription, extra service or implementation work, before purchasing or connecting store data.

Each vendor’s terms govern its product, trials, billing, cancellations and refunds. You are responsible for evaluating those terms and testing the workflow at an appropriate scale. Our pricing filters and finder do not calculate a complete project budget.

Use the site responsibly

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with availability, misuse forms, send spam or submit information you are not entitled to share. Public browsing does not grant access to editorial systems, operational records or third-party accounts.

Saved lists depend on browser storage and can be lost if you clear it or change devices. Keep your own copy of information you need. The site and its features may change, and some forms remain unavailable until their services are connected.

Content and submissions

Product names and third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Listing a vendor does not imply that vendor endorses ToolClue. Links to original documentation are provided so you can inspect the source.

When you send a suggestion or correction, you give us permission to review it and use the non-confidential factual information to improve the publication. Do not submit material you cannot lawfully share. We do not publish your contact details merely because you sent a submission, and submitting does not guarantee inclusion.

Editorial relationships and changes

Any active affiliate relationship must be disclosed near the relevant link. Commercial relationships do not determine the tool finder’s matching rules or entitle a vendor to a favorable conclusion. The funding policy explains the approach.

These terms may be updated as the service changes. The date on this page identifies the current version. Nothing here is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law. For questions about these terms or the publication, use the contact details below.
